Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NovaForge platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NovaForge Inc.

Use of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
• Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse the platform by introducing malware, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with service operations
• Not use the platform to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms.

Intellectual Property

The NovaForge platform, including its code, design, documentation, and proprietary AI models, is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these terms. You retain all rights to any code, content, or data you create and deploy on the platform. We do not claim ownership over your intellectual property.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. We will provide you with a reasonable period to export your data, except in cases where termination is due to a violation of these terms or applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NovaForge and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue.
